How soon after roasting is my coffee shipped?

To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will typically ship within 24 to 48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?

We offer both! While we recommend whole beans for the best flavor preservation, you can select your preferred grind size (Drip, Espresso, or French Press) on each product page.

What is the 'Club Subscription' and how does it work?

The HYUNAH Coffee Club is a recurring subscription that delivers fresh beans to your door monthly. Members receive a 15% discount on every bag and exclusive access to limited-edition micro-lots.

Where do you source your coffee beans?

We practice ethical sourcing by working directly with small-holder farmers in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Vietnam. All our beans are Fair Trade certified and sustainably grown.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and South Korea. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
