Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal coffee beans, we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee, but we are committed to ensuring you love every brew. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days for a full replacement or store credit.

Review Process
Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine eligibility for a refund or a fresh replacement shipment.
Return Shipping
For non-perishable equipment or merchandise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the unused items in their original packaging.
Resolution
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or your replacement coffee will be roasted to order.
